From zoomie‑filled daycare days to cozy overnight stays and top‑notch grooming, our experienced crew treats every pet like they’re part of the pack.

We are so excited to have you and your pets visit Mama Meg’s! These are the House Rules … make sure you’re on board with them cause if you can’t stick to them, you can’t come in.

• VACCINATIONS. To keep all of our fur guests happy and healthy, we require them to be fully up-to-date on their vaccinations and on an active flea and tick preventative. If any tiny critters tag along on your pet, we will treat them at your expense.
  • DOGS: Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella
  • CATS: Rabies and Distemper
• SICK. We like sharing toys, not germs. Keep the pack in mind  — if your pet is coughing, queasy, or acting “off,” keep them home. If we notice anything concerning, we’ll press pause and reach out for pickup.
• SPAY & NEUTER. Spay and neuter is our jam … but well behaved, unaltered doggos are cool, too, as long as they respect the rest of the pack. Dogs in heat are not allowed; if she goes into heat, she’ll need to be picked up.
• PUPPIES. Little ones can join the party when they’re done with all their puppy shots.
• LEASHES. All pups must enter and exit on a non‑retractable leash. No stretchy leashes = no surprise tangles.
• MEDICATION. Bring your pet’s meds in their original containers. And don’t forget their “secret sauce” — Pill Pockets, cheese, peanut butter, or whatever treat makes medicine time a breeze. If you don’t send your own bribery snacks, we’ve got some … but they come with a $3 fee. And if we need extra time to get that pill down, there’s a $3 charge.
• TREATS. Feel free to bring your pet’s favorite treats — the ones that make their tail do the happy wiggle. If they’ve got allergies, please pack their special snacks from home so we can keep treat time safe and delicious.
• RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS. It’s half down to claim your spot — holidays require a full deposit because things get wild. We need at least a 48-hour notice or your deposit waves goodbye. All holiday reservations must be canceled 14 days prior to the holiday to avoid a cancellation fee of 3 days at the rate of the room reserved.
• DROP-OFF & PICK-UP TIMES. Mon-Sun:  7:30-9:30am & 3:30-5:30pm
• LATE FEES. Running late past 5:30pm? It’s $15 per 15 minutes, up to an hour. Hit the 60‑minute mark and it rolls into an extra night.
• HOLIDAYS. We are closed for drop-offs and pick-ups on the following holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. If you wish to pick up your pet on one of these holidays, it will need to be approved. And if approved, there will be a $60 pick-up fee and you will be charged for the full day.
• RESPECT. Respect goes a long way. Be a kind human.
